I have a question about payments

HotelsCombined doesn't process any payments and we don't have access to your payment information.  Payments are processed by the online travel providers we compare or the hotel directly when you are redirected to book.  For any questions related to processing payments, please contact your chosen travel provider or the hotel directly or check your booking confirmation email for more details.

What about credit card fees/international transaction fees?

Prices don't include what your bank or credit card company might charge for what they consider to be an international transaction.  Please contact your financial institution if you are charged an international transaction fee.  HotelsCombined doesn't process payments and we compare travel providers from all around the world to give you the best range of deals.
